Responsibilities:
- implement policies, procedures, and organizational structure for assigned operating unit within the framework of corporate
policy;
- manage day-to-day operations; be in charge of all operation control for the group according to standards set internationally;
- increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function (HR, IT, Finance, Customer
Service, Marketing) as well as coordination and communication between functions;
- to carry out internal auditing with further improvement of functions, processes and policies in support of organizations
mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and
organizational planning; implement continuous quality improvement process that would lead to sales growth;
- to support coordination and communication between support and business functions;
- to provide support to any number of development projects from an operational, financial and resource standpoint.
Qualification, Experience and Requirements:
- minimum 4 years of experience in related field;
- being an Operations Manager is about increasing profit; therefore the individual needs to know how much money is in a company's
budget to provide the products and services that will retain customers;
- excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and analytical skills;
- ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization;
- ability to look at situations from several points of view;
- persuasive with details and facts;
- delegate responsibilities effectively.
