Responsibilities:
- own Marketing/Field ?connection?:
- develop relationships with leaders (sales, ops, ...);
- address issues related to offerings, competitiveness, strategy;
- liase with functions on strategy and tactics & provide region-specific market intelligence and feedback;
- execution of STRAP (strategic plan) initiatives within the region;
- client support for regional General Manager and leadership team;
- achieve orders, margin, service and expenditure targets;
Requirements:
- undergraduate degree in business, marketing, engineering, or associated majors;
- MBA marketing preferred, or equivalent experience;
- business/industry knowledge (approximately 3 years experience in solutions and service based business, preferably building
systems solutions);
- experience in large business organizations with matrix management structure (approximately 3 years);
- fluent English + Russian;
