Job Description

The main purpose of that position is to indentify key stake-holders on market level, and establish relationships with influencers and decision makers to develop and execute strategies to ensure market access in line with company's strategic objectives, including but not limited to pricing policy. Rx to OTC switches and medical PR. This highly market-facing individual also facilitates bringing new medicines to market consistently and efficiently in coordination with leaders across the organization. He or she has the deep understanding of country political environment and healthcare structure, and is able to contribute regulatory decision making process and policy environment.

Responsibilities:

- to build faster and trusted based relationships with key regional and national regulatory and KOL stakeholders;
- establish company positioning with KOL and regulators, laying groundwork for medical PR and pricing conversation and
negotiations;
- structure prepare and conduct high level pricing negotiations, achieve pricing goals in the line of strategic objectives;
- monitor and anticipate changes in healthcare environment, which might impact to the company?s strategies implementation,
developed risk mitigation plans and participate in their implementation;
- ensure high level communications with various stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, KOL's media and consumer groups;
- Rx to OTC switches;
- coordinate the legal protection of companies license, contacts, products and relationships with governments regulators in
collaboration with Head of Legal.

Requirements:

- several years leadership experience (6-10 years) in the healthcare, pharma industry, policy or communication experience;
- ability to manage relationships with a high number of external customers;
- proven ability to develop trust-based relationships government officials, regulators and other KOL's.
