Our Client is a well-known international producer of medical & healthcare products, holding leading positions in its field.
Moscow
Responsibilities:
- managing field force and developing the customers in the region (Western part of Russia);
- building and managing an effective regional team (hiring, coaching, motivation, control, reporting);
- implementation of regional plan;
- analysis of competitors activities in the region;
- cooperation with major distributors affiliates and chains in the region.
Requirements:
- university degree;
- coaching, negotiation, presentation, selling, managerial skills;
- minimum 2 years experience on similar positions in international OTC/FMCG healthcare company;
- good command of English.
